What makes our bikes special?

Simplicity
You will notice that our bikes look
like conventional bikes at first
glance. This is no accident as they
use mostly conventional bike parts
and can be serviced by any bike
shop.

Purpose Built as an Electric Bike
Our bikes are designed from the
ground up as electric bikes. The
battery fits neatly into the frame. The
motor is built into the rear hub. This
is not just a conventional bike with an
add-on kit.

Attention to detail
There are many useful features
including a quick 'charge status'
indicator on the main controls. A
luggage rack, front light with
generator, adjustable seat, thumbshift
for quick gear changing, and a sturdy
bike stand.

Lightweight Alloy Frame
At only 23kg weight (including battery),
this is one of the lightest electric bikes
around. This means less load on you and
the motor. You can easily lift it to take it
up stairs, and it can comfortably fit on a
car bike rack.

LiFePO4 Lithium Battery
Much lighter in weight and more practical
than the lead acid batteries you find in a
lot of bikes. LiFEPO4 is the latest
technology in batteries and demonstrates
the lowest total cost of ownership (TCO).
These batteries can be charged from
empty over 1,000 times! Weighing only
3kg, the battery can be lifted out of the
bike for ease of charging.

Brushless Electric Motor
The brushless electric motor has an
output of 200W, which is the maximum
allowed under Australian regulations. The
brushless design means almost no
maintenance. As the motor is integrated
into the hub of the bike there are no extra
chains to get in the way.
